About Us
Chef Erica Paredes and her associate Cyrille Marc began the journey to Mischief with intimate supper clubs in the chef’s apartment back in 2017. Every weekend, they welcomed guests—often strangers to one another—to share a table, enjoy good food, savor wines, and connect. Through Instagram and word of mouth, their reputation grew rapidly. In 2018, due to popular demand, Chef Erica began hosting pop-ups around Paris, taking over the kitchens of venues such as Greenhouse, Le Grand Bain, Dirty Lemon, Les Foodies, Haikara, Botanero, and more. She also completed a successful three-month residency at Mokoloco, following seven months of takeaways during the long confinement of 2020. The restaurant Reyna was a long time in the making, born of dedication, passion, and a lot of hard work. And now, they’ve opened Mischief—bringing even more great food, creativity, and joy to the table. We hope you enjoy it!

Q. How do I make a reservation? Do I need to provide bank details?
Reservations can be made on our website: www.mischief.paris. We require bank details to secure bookings. Like many small restaurants, we are strongly affected by last-minute cancellations and no-shows, and we have found this to be the most effective solution. If you experience any issues making a reservation, please contact us at contact@mischief.paris so we can assist you.
Q. I did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email and have checked your spam folder, your reservation was likely not validated by our system. This often occurs if the app/window is closed before the bank confirmation is received. If this happens, please try making the reservation again.
Q. How do I change a reservation?
You can modify your reservation via the link included in your confirmation email. If you are unable to do so, please contact us at contact@mischief.paris or call us Tuesday through Saturday, 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., at +33 1 42 72 16 60.
Q. What is Chef Erica Paredes’ background?
Erica was born and raised in the Philippines and has also lived in Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and now France where she studied cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu. Her cuisine reflects these diverse experiences and influences, combined with her boundless creative freedom.
Q. Does Chef Erica cook at Mischief every night?
No. Chef Erica splits her time between her two restaurants, Reyna and Mischief. She does not follow a fixed schedule; her presence depends on where she is needed most or where she is developing a new dish for guests to enjoy.
Q. What kind of food is served at Mischief?
At Mischief, Chef Erica’s rebellious and creative side transforms childhood comfort food into something extraordinary. You’ll discover familiar favorites, reimagined with even greater flavor. The spirit of the restaurant is playful and unconventional, reflecting Erica’s openness and genuine enthusiasm for life.
Q. Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?
Always. We offer at least two vegetarian options on the menu, sometimes more, and many dishes can be adapted. Vegan options are currently more limited, as several of our sauces contain dairy, but we are actively working on expanding our vegan offerings.
Q. Can I eat at Mischief if I have allergies?
Our menu lists the most common allergens. However, we strongly recommend speaking with our dining room team before ordering to ensure that the dishes you choose are safe for your specific needs.
Q. Do you offer a special menu for large groups or a chef’s menu?
Yes! For groups of seven or more, we recommend the chef’s menu, which includes a selection of favorite dishes along with an exclusive off-menu creation. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance. The menu always includes options for vegetables, seafood, and various meats. Prices vary seasonally and are displayed when making a reservation.
Q. When are you closed?
At the end of the year, we close for approximately three weeks starting at Christmas. Exact dates vary each year and are announced on our website, social media, and Google Maps.
Q. What pets do you accept at the restaurant?
We welcome dogs only. For safety reasons, as we have an open kitchen, dogs must be kept on a leash. Thank you for your understanding.
Q. Do you accept privatizations?
Yes. We can set up a large table that seats 26 people, as well as accommodate 12 additional guests at the counter, for a total capacity of 38. Please contact us at least two weeks before your desired date. You can privatize the second service or the entire evening. We offer drink packages, and the chef can work with you to create a customized menu to accommodate special requests.
